I purchased this for our shower door and a mirror used for shaving in the shower. It works great. Just follow its directions and it will work and it appears to last quite a while before you need to reapply. Easy to use and if you don’t use too much, no streaks and easy to remove.

I did a rough patch on the doors and it actually works! The “cleaned” side is a little streaky but I’m hoping with a better cloth they will go away. I have had the hardest time getting the hard water spots off my shower doors and this took it off pretty effortlessly. I will definitely buy it again.

We have very hard well water and this has helped to get build up off our shower glass. It has taken quite a few try’s to really get the stains off. But the stains have been on our glass for a long time so that’s to be expected. It’s easy to use. Don’t push too hard or you may scratch your glass (like I did). But if you lightly “scrub” it will be just fine. It doesn’t have a smell and it seems to keep my glass clear for a while.

I thought it would work but that was not the case. I ended up using another product and a flat edge razor blade to clean the glass. Then applied premium Turtle wax car wax to keep the water spots to a min.

I've been battling with hard water stains on my shower glass for years. We ended up replacing the shower, and I was bound and determined to let them look like raggedy frosted glass. However with teens that cant seem to grasp the use of a squeegy ..... I'm not going to lie, Rainx, windshield stuff. I was skeptical at first, but at the end of my rope. However with one application as directed it made the shower doors look brand new!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this product!

This stuff works. It comes out like toothpaste which you put on a damp cloth. It erases water spots with ease as you move in a circular motion like waxing a car. Rinse it off with water then use a squeegee. I haven't seen my shower glass this spotless since it was put in ten years ago. I was using a Mr. Clean Magic Sponge, but compared to this the sponge is worthless. This product is great.

Excellent product. I’ve been working myself hard to get the clearest shower doors. This has saved me as the results are what I expected. Got rid of soap sum and harsh water stains immediately. No harsh odor and with a little scrub I have found the answer to clean shower glass doors.

Best product I've ever used to remove soap scum from shower doors. Wiped on and let sit for 15-30 min - it even dried in some parts....then went over with a wet cloth to suds up and then scrubbed - don't need too much exertion. Then rinsed and WOW - so clear. Very impressed. Went from what looked like frosted glass when we moved in to very clear!

LIke most, our shower door shows water spots. I use a squeegee after after shower, but still some spots remain. So I tried RainXX for the Shower. Easy enough to apply and remove. Important to catch all of the glass as it is noticeable where it isn't applied as spots are evident in those areas. Still assessing the results. I might do a second treatment to be sure I applied in every area.

Is it a multi step process? Yes. Is it the easiest thing to do? No. But I’ve never seen any glass shower door cleaner. I also use RainX shower door water repellent and it truly helps. I’d much rather a slightly more cumbersome process that truly works than using a daily spray or squeegee. Plus, a little of this product goes a long way so you save a lot compared to daily sprays.

I use this cleaner when my shower doors start to develop a film. You will need to have a second rag to go over the doors once they are rinsed. I always go over my shower doors after a shower and it makes them stay streak free for a longer time.

It’s Not Convenient to Use

It’s the consistency of furniture polish, and you have to rub it on your water, spotted shower doors and then wipe it off with a towel and literally polish it. It has been sold as suggested item with a squeegee that we had bought for our new showers. It does work, but it’s not lasting And it’s not convenient. A product like this would be better suited in a spray bottle that you could spray on and hose off. Kind of like when you go through the car wash.

My spouse and I built our home 4 years ago and we were take to design the home exactly like we wanted. Down to the 9’ X 6’ glass enclosed walk in shower. We did not however get a water softener until about 2 years in. Needless to say we underestimated how hard the water was in the area and how the deposits would build on the glass no matter how hard we scrub. I was skeptical when I saw this product but rainX has always been quality so I decided to try it.. WOW minimal effort.. and SPOTLESS. Granted it took like 2 times to get 4 years worth of hard water buildup off the glass but still.. it was practically effortless compared to the intense scrubbing we had done with other products.

I feel as though I’ve tried an inordinate amount of shower glass cleaners in an effort to cut through years of hard water buildup in a house we recently purchased. This is the best I’ve tried. It was easy to work with and cleared the glass more than any other I’ve tried. The glass isn’t perfect but it’s light years better than when I started. I’d recommend this to others.

I used this on my shower doors, not expecting much. Boy was I wrong! This product thoroughly cleaned the hard water spots from the doors with minimal scrubbing. Just wiped it on, and wiped off when dry. Will definitely be using this from now on!
